SUBJECT: QUESTION ON CLAMP Via Ariosto Borz



WHEREAS

have started the work of urbanization of the PP28 and the yard is bordered by barriers



WHEREAS

The barriers occupy part of the roadway in via Ariosto, in particular, occupy a lane leading from the roundabout to the village to the town center same



WHEREAS

the lane is narrow in some places the width is measured to be 187 cm, while the entire roadway is reduced to 617 cm



WHEREAS

It is practically impossible for a vehicles traveling towards the center Borzano not cross the solid line delineating the two lanes in the first part of the bottleneck.



WHEREAS

not been established alternating one-way and even used a provisional basis, until completion of the works, the yellow markings, which should at least define the division between the two new lanes.



ASSESSED

The situation is dangerous in the event that is passed through the solid line and a vehicle going in the opposite lane



IS QUESTIONED THE MAYOR AND LAGIUNTA



To find out if they meet all requirements of Highway Code relating to:



- occupation of public

- alternating one-way

- temporary change of road markings
