Judging from the order for amendment of Article. 5, 4th co. of the Statute of the same Union of Municipalities, which was approved despite the negative vote of the PDL Group and 5th in the session to advise Hill of 29.06.10, it seems anything but a remote possibility.

La proposta di modifica, poi approvata, è stata ovviamente giustificata dal Presidente dell'Unione di turno, Antonella Incerti, Sindaco del Comune di Albinea, come un intervento prudenziale, finalizzato a costituire la possibilità per i tre comuni facenti parte dell'unione (Albinea, Quattro Castella e Vezzano sul Crostolo), di uscire dall'Ente, qualora in sede di conversione del decreto n° 78 del 31.05.10 la cd. Finanziaria, dovessero essere confermati i tagli alle Regioni ed aigli Enti locali in generale.

With approval of the February 22 city council and by resolution of the junta 11/05/2010, Albinea is queued to the "fashion" of the moment, creating a register of declarations anticipated health care.

L’Amministrazione ha deciso che l’ufficio anagrafe, tra una pratica e l’altra, dovrà anche occuparsi della raccolta di queste dichiarazioni (spreco di risorse comunali, perché gli impiegati dovrebbero fare quello per cui sono pagati) e i cittadini per ogni dichiarazione dovranno pagare anche una quota di 25,00 Euro (perché anche le illusioni hanno un costo); course in the Annexes to Council Resolution states "the City of Albinea not liable for any failure to achieve the purposes for which the declaration was made and recorded," admitting to themselves that now is a document of no use.

Of course the news was announced with great fanfare on all the local newspapers, both in February and in May, and even in the newsletter of the City of Albinea, reporting only a part of the debate, namely the intervention of Mayor Antonio Incerti and majority leader Ivan bags, while absent were the dissenting opinions of the directors of PDL.

We believe that citizenship should be aware of fatto che il Consiglio Comunale non ha votato all’unanimità l’istituzione del registro, ma la voce di chi è dissidente è stata come al solito celata.
